Introducing Isaac Henry Lunday!

Born at 2:41 p.m. on Sunday, May 16. 7 lbs., 20 inches long, and 11 days early. Amy and Lucy had just parked the car in the parking lot at Wegmans when Amy's water broke. Lucy really wanted to shop and Amy was in denial, so the grocery shopping was completed while contractions hit every 15 minutes. Joe took Amy to the hospital after unloading the groceries, mowing the lawn, taking a shower, and depositing Lucy at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Although we thought we had plenty of time, Ike was born pretty (and uncomfortably) quickly after we got there!

Say what you will about hospital food, but GBMC has a great menu, right down to the oatmeal (assuming you have several sugar packets at your disposal).

Ike's jaundiced right now, so the doctor had us (among other things) strip him down and put him in front of the window. So here he is, sunbathing. Check out those ripply knees.
